Can I fight an exhibition of accleration ticket with witnesses and a dscrepancy on the ticket?

I live in a small town and was out cruising around. Made a u turn and pulled over to talk to a friend. The cop cut off the friend behind me and he had to slam on the brakes to keep from hitting the officer. The officer then pulled over and turned his lights on after I was parked and said I made the turn too fast and wrote me an exhibition of acceleration ticket. On the ticket it says my car is blue and it is really green. Even though it was night he had his spotlight shining right on the side of my car so there is no way he could have seen that it was not green. There were so many other things going on that night that he could have written tickets for but he waited to pull me over because he doesn't like me.

Sure, try to fight it.  Nothing to lose but your time.

Good chance the cop won't even show up for the hearing.

As far as the blue/green thing, that might be a tough one.  For example, where does blue end and green begin?  Some colors could be called bluish green or greenish blue.  I have heard that it is tough to have a ticket dismissed due to inaccuracies like that.

if your friend hit the cop, the cop woulda coulda shoulda be cited for wreckless endangerment, improper passing, etc...of course when they put on blue they somehow get to be above the common citizen even though you pay their check, that would make you their boss
