ITR - 1 for the A/Y 2008-09 has been released by the IT deptt.

but if u r asking for the F/Y 2008-09 than I think u r in a hurry to file ur return as you can file ITR for the F/Y 2008-09 from 01-04-09 only .

Also in every state there is a seperate cell for the employed persons. So u need to file it there.
