Can I fill out FAFSA even if my parents didn't do the taxes?

It's getting really close to the deadline (end of April) and I really need to fill out my FAFSA but my parents didn't fill out the 2007 taxes.

Can I use the 2006 one? Can I estimate? If I can, what information will I need? Thanks.
