Memphis has a lot of tobacco shops.  Try doing a yellow pages search for "tobacco".  There is one on Winchester called Tobacco House and they had a very large selection of all different kinds of cigarettes.  You could call them first.

there is a specialty tobacco store in ridgeland, ms (just north of jackson) on the corner of Wheatley St. and Hwy 51, it's behind a gas station in a little shopping center. you could probably find them there...
