Can I find a person's address?

I don't know, can you?  Do you want to find out how or do you just want to know if its legal?

You can find people's addresses by going into other services offered by Yahoo!First,scroll down to where it says Other Services on the Yahoo left hand side of your monitor,then click on that,and another screen should pop up giving you all the list that you need for the Yahoo! sites your looking for by name.Look under either the Yellow Pages web server,or Find People web server,and this will take you to the information you need.But,word of warning though,if you're trying to find out about a person's background or other information pertaining to their whereabouts,then it will cost you a monthly fee in doing so.So be careful in what you decide on how important it is to try finding someone,or their address information.But now if you're trying to find out about a person's E-mail address,then you won't get that,unless that person has given that information to you themselves.Not to mention,if you're just trying to get into their file information,without their consent in doing so,is considered against the law,and can get you into an aweful lot of trouble by doing so.
