Can I find any FSA-regulated spread betting advisory services?

Question

I am looking for a tipping-service style operation that provides strategies/tips for spread betting. I can't find any that say they are FSA regulated. Do such firms need to be FSA regulated (if not, I will stop looking!)?

I don't think you will find an authorised firm giving advice to bet. If you trade CFDs (and possibly spread betting) through a broker you would probably have to be an intermediate customer (professional). Even with someone like IG you have to satisfy them that 1.
