Can I find out all accounts used under a certain email address?

Is there a search I can run that will find accounts registered under a certain email address? I am looking for other sites such as spock.com and zabasearch.com.

For example.. Type in the email and results come up showing that they are a member of myspace, ICQ or something of the like under that email address

use a blog search engine. put in : first part of email address everything except the : @______.com
