Question:

Can I find out what sort of computer I have?

I bought a computer about 2 years ago and it works fine and everything but it's really slow. However, about a year ago, I replaced the CD drive, the graphics card and the outer casing. But because of this, I have no stickers or anything to identify the computer, and I really just can't remember anything about it. So now that I want to install a new RAM card, I don't know what type to buy, so is there a way that I can find out the make and model of my PC, possibly by running a program or using a web scanner? Any help is much appreciated, thank you
