Attorney was originally hired to settle a case where my daughter was ran over by a melicious person with their van. Since then my daughter gave up and died. Attorney filed suit against my insurance co since person that ran over my daughter didn't have a dr li, ins and expired tags. My insurance co agreed they would compensate for my daughters pain and suffering, but my attorney missed all the dead line dates for paper work he was to provide to insurance co attorney and was forced to dismiss the case without prejudice, 04/18/08.The accident was on 04/25005. Nothing resolved as of today, and no other action taken as yet.

  1. yes. of course you can fire him. I would, that way you can try to start from scrath and get what you and your family deserve. Im sorry about the incident.

  2. Fire, I would sue their *** for incompetence. Get rid of them asap and see if you can contact the insurer and see if this can be resolved on your own.
