Can I fly with wine to Philadelphia if I check my bag? I hear they have strict alcohol regulations there.?

You can put wine in your checked baggage, but I would not do it unless the wine was in a hard box or the luggage had hard sides. It is difficult to keep the bottles from being broken unless there is a hard barrier.

It's technically illegal to import alcohol from another state into PA.  But the TSA is not going to tag you on it unless you are dealing with cases.
