Can I freeze Thai Tom Yum & Thai coconut soup after I make it? Will it taste as good?

  1. What happens is the coconut separates so it looks funny. it tastes okay but well, you know how it is... It is a fresh-made soup. Easy to make. i would listen to the Thai responder that posted "above" me...Yeah, I've done it and I ate it but not again.


  2. I froze green curry with chicken and bamboo shoots and reheated it.  It was wonderful.  It was a bit spicier but the chicken really soaked up the coconut taste and the coconut milk reheated great.  The only problem was it was a bit runny.

  3. Don't recommend... you may leave them in refrigerator overnight max... the taste won't be as good.  They're best when eat fresh.

  4. I think you should try it and see what happens
