  1. Yes you can freeze the bread you make.

Make sure that the bread is not warm when you put it in the freezer, also put it in a airtight bag, or just twist the bag and tie it otherwise it will get freezer-burnt.

Then it will be ruined, but if you keep it in a airtight bag it will be perfectly the same when you defrost it!

  2. no you can't freeze bread but you can keep bread in refrigerator.

  3. I was told this home made bread does not freeze well,

  4. Yes, you can.  I advise slicing them first, then placing into a plastic bag and twist-tying it.  Don't pack it too tightly, or it will stick together.  Then into a zip-lock bag - give it a good shake so, again, slices don't stick together.  If you keep it in the coldest part of the freezer (bottom shelf, back), it should come apart without a problem when you want to use a few slices.  To defrost bread, wrap in plastic wrap and defrost one side at a time in the microwave on the #3 or #4 setting for 10 secs, first side and 8 for the second.  Two slices can be done together for, about, 17 first side and 15 the second - times, of course, depend upon how thick the bread is sliced and your microwave wattage.  This way, you won't spoil the consistency of the bread - it will taste as good and fresh as when first prepared.

  5. Sure!  You can preslice it, too if you want.   Just make sure that they are completely cooled before you wrap them.

I use leftover frozen bread and cuisinart the bread for my own crumbs.
