Can I freeze chicken gravy?

I put it in a ziploc container, will it be ok?

I freeze mine all the time.  I do make mine with flour.  My mother in law used to make hers with cornstarch and it didn't freeze well.  Ended up watery...  I just freeze it in baggies.

yeah make sure its freezer type ziploc....

yes should be fine

when defrosting though, bring to the boil in a pan and skim to remove any impurities

Yes, but if it's thickened w/ flour, expect lumps.  You can usually whisk/beat those out, though, as you heat it.  Do not boil it.
