Can I freeze home made pesto?

Does anyone know home made pesto is freezable or not?

If so how do you freeze, in the freezer bag?

yes-put it in an ice cube tray

Yes you can if you have it premade it wont freeze with the cheese. SO make fresh and leave out the cheese and freeze in an old ice cube tray. once frozen pop out and slip in to baggies to take out what you need when you need it. Simple and this tip is from Giada De Laurentiss.

Yes but you will probably lose some color...........freezer bad is great but make sure to push all of the air out before sealing it.

it may not actually freeze, due to the olive oil in it, but it will last ages.

Yeh u can freeze it, mite be easier to put it in a tub. A freezer bag wud be to messy
