Can I freeze shrimp etouffee?

Question

I am cooking big batches of "stuff" tonight, and want to make a double batch of shrimp etouffee and freeze half for later. Is this ok to do?

Sure.  I don't see why it wouldn't be okay to freeze.  I would let it cool down first before freezing.
