  1. There isnt a law. You dont break anything, only it will be hard to deposit, but you can use e-check into sites like http://bettingwise.hit.bg/FulltiltPoker....

    I suggest you use it.

  2. Chances are you won't be allowed to add money to your account, I live in Illinois and we have the same problem.

  3. no. I live in mobile and they do not allow real money gambling becouse we are from the old as dirt bobo alabama where noone wants better for our schools or living! Thats why there is nothing going for alabama!

  4. NO   A federal law was passed last year or two years ago that outlawed all online gambling in the United States.  It was under one of the homeland security bills.

  5. You can. After UIGEA some sites pulled out of the US but the two major sites PokerStars and Full Tilt Poker still allow US players.

Payment processors come and go so you have to adapt to them. We recently lost ePassporte and some Prepaid VISA cards that use to work have stopped working recently. Nevertheless, you still have e-checks which works fine for both buy ins and cash outs and you also have Western Union for deposits and a traditional paper cheque for cash outs.
