Can I get, pay for and activate a Mexican Tourist card at the Tijuana airport?

I do not want to do it right over the border, I want to take care of everything at the Tijuana airport, is that possible?

  1. im sure you can do it in the airport, but its very easy at the border...


  2. It's very easy at the border .... but at the airport you need to find the immigration office and they will issue a visa
