Can I get A Real Job At 13, not baby sitting???

I'm 13, i was wondering if maybe a real store out there hires people my age....

Sorry but in most states you can't work before the age of 16[child labor law] but most businesses don't hire anyone less then 17 yrs. of age. They want someone who is legal to drive on their own too. Why do you want to work at such a young age? You will have your whole life to work stay in school and get a good education so in the future you WONT have to work at low paying jobs!!

i got my first job at 13..........Broadmoor Hotel........look it up............i worked as a caddy carrying golf clubs for 4 hours and the lowest I made was $60........the highest i made was $500...........The Broadmoor Hotel is a FIVE STAR HOTEL so i dont see y u couldnt get a job...........good luck.......

yo listen girl im 14 i got the same issues as you i wanna work because wen im 21 i wanna roll up in my black ferrari wit the chrome spinners, but you're too young to work til your like 15 or 16. It pisses me off, but every now n then i work in my dads n moms restaurants to make some cold hard cash. BUt no real store will legitimately hire you because of child labor laws despite the fact our economy is really takin up the *** hard right now.
