The only thing something is wrong with your decklist is how you set up with your monsters. Traps are looking good. Spells are also good, especially the "My Body as a Shield" protection. I think you should definitely replace Nobleman of Crossout with Shield Crush, as Shield Crush can kill any f/u or f/d position Nobleman of Crossout could only nuke f/d monsters. And I think by adding a couple of Enemy Controllers, you would be safe of locking GB into bad position. I also think it's optional to add more Soul Exchange, as I can think of adding more Tribute monsters to this deck.

Monsters, are in good shape for the last couple of formats, but in this one, no. Hydrogeddon is not good, because it's low in ATK and plus Macros and D. Fissure decks may rise again. I prefer you should have Blue Thunder T-45 over this card, as you can kill a monster in battle, and whether Macros is on the field or not, you can Special Summon a token, which is good for Plasma bait.

Destiny Hero - Plasma is a card you should add, as it can negate Monster's effect on your opponent side of the field, as well as having Jinzo and Horus on the field, it's a total shutdown for your opponent. If you can't summon it easily, then you try using Scapegoat or try use Fires of Doomsday so you can Tribute them for Jinzo.

I think you should add 2 more Jinzo, as you can already have three, but depends on you. Having a Jinzo might not be enough and having more copies will help. (Yes you can have three Jinzo, banlist have changed. :) )

The Mystic Swordsman set isn't a good set anymore, again, as leveling up and maintaining them on the field is hard while you are only trying to get Horus on the field. That reminds me, Horus LVL 4 shouldn't be here as well. You might as well try adding another Horus LVL 6.

Since most of the cards are gone, there are only three spaces. And what are they? Prime Material Dragon. While it may not seem too good, it's quite useful, as you are dealing with Lightsworns, GB  and Dark Armed Dragon that can kill your monsters. PMD is like a body of "My Body as a Shield" and killing your opponent with it makes your lockdown combo quite more successful.
