Can I get TSN in the United States?

I live in alabama and have dish network and was wondering if i can get TSN so i can see the cfl.

TSN and CBC are not allowed to broadcast into the United States on Dish Network.  That is why for years CBC's Newsworld network had to create a separate Newsworld International network for US broadcast.  There are some Canadian broadcasts (usually Sportsnet) which are used for the NHL or MLB packages.  However, CBC and TSN are not allowed to directly broadcast into the US.

There is one option to get Canadian TV in the US, albeit of unenforced illegality with the CRTC.  That's something you would have to research on your own.

NO and I don't know which certian areas get CBC, I'm in Washington and I have it.
