Can I get a New cell without A new contract?

Question

Basically I Want to Get a New cell phone, Just a cell phone without having to actually End my current contract and get a whole new one.

But I'm not sure if it's possible or not.

you could buy one for the MSRP at the dealers store [att, verizon] or you could buy it on eBay..

i reccommend the full price at the dealers store. :D

They are called prepaid phones :], they don't require a contract.

Possible, you can get an unlocked cell phone on the internet or ebay

Yes, you can. You have to pay full price for the phone though, you don't get the discounted price that you would get if you extended your contract. Or you could look on ebay, craigslist or anywhere else to get a phone. You will probably have to pay an activation fee though.
