Can I get a Pre Paid Visa Gift Card????????/?

Can I get a Pre Paid Visa Card? I am only 12 and I want to buy it for my mum as a birthday present because I don't know what to give her. I mean those pre paid gift card ones not the one like bopo and stuff.

yea, you can buy it at any or most drug stores such as duane reade, cvs, walgreens, etc. Also, if you want you can go into almost any bank, some dont have gift cards, and ask them can you purchase a gift card. I think there is a 10$ fee tho.

yes you can buy some at walgreens but they come with a processing/charging fee

You can purchase those at lots of places. They have prepaid American Express giftcards almost everywhere: Safeway, 7Eleven, Radioshack, Walgreens, etc. You'll have to a small processing fee however. Maybe just a dollar or two if even that.
