I was born in Denmark. lived there for ten years . parents split and went to the states. I visit frequently. I want to stay for much longer than the 3 months allowed. I checked out as much on the Net as i could find and still a little doubtful of what to do. My mother is American and my father Danish.

  1. so when you travel to Demark? do you have an US passport?

    Denmark avoids dual nationalities,as much as possible,if you have taken another nationality the likelyhood of you keeping danish citizenship is very rare; but not impossible;go to this page and read about the rules in Denmark;

  2. Check your birth certificate... if you have Danish birth certificate, and your parents were legally married back then, you are eligible to get Danish passport.
