  1. Depends on the issuer. I had poor credit when I started my job 9 years ago and I was declined for the corporate Am Ex card. Two years later when my credit was fair, I reapplied and got it. You would need at least fair credit to get the card if it is Am Ex.  


  2. If your business doesn't have any credit history, credit cards will require a personal guarantee.  Your bad credit may get you declined.

  3. Yes, you'll get swamped with offers as soon as you incorporate.

  4. Absolutely NOT.  It will be issued based on your personal information and that is BAD you will not get a corporate card!

  5. That depends upon credit history of the company (none) and the authorized user (bad), since they would go after either if charges are not paid.
