  1. My 10yoa son got one went we opened his saving account, call you bank, I'm sure they can direct you.

  2. All you have to do is go to the bank. Your kid can't have a debit card by himself, he'll need you to co-sign and be joint owner of whatever account it's attached too.

  3. A ten year old should not have a debit card, especially if it is connected to your account.  They would end up spending way more than you think they will spend and then you might end up bouncing checks.  But...if you are determined to get your kid one than what I would to is buy a reloadable Visa Gift Card.  You can use them anywhere and you can put money on it as your child needs it and it is not connected to your bank account.  The plus side is that your child will not have to sign anything at the checkout and will not have to remember any pin number.  It is also fraud protected because it has the visa logo on it.  Having to reload it you will be able to keep track of how much he/she is spending.  You can get them pretty much at any store, even Wal-Mart.

  4. go to your bank and get an appointment but tell them you want to get a debit card for your kid.. so yeah its at the bank ever try going there?

  5. yes you can get debit card for him.

just go to the bank closest to you or best one for you and join the bank with his name and mostly the account has to start with $100.

you will be the cosigner so your answer is the bank.he will get the card when its approved and all papers are signed.
