Can I get a degree in MBA in 1 yr. after completing 2 years diploma from Symbiosis through distance learning?

Question

I have completed two years diploma in Marketing from symbiosis,Pune. Now I want to get a degree in the same field. But symbiosis doesn't provide degree. Will I need to do it over again to get a degree or is there any other university offering degree in a year if someone have completed a diploma course of two years??
