Can I get a dry suit for a 1yr old?

Not sure about a dry suit.  They are very hot.  I don't even wear one when I'm scuba diving (wear a wet suit).  But you could get one of those STEP2 Water Wheel Play Table.  Use Glad Press and Seal Wrap to seal in his cast and then let him splash in the "pool".
