  1. When I told the salesman at Nissan that I had a score of 630 he said I wouldn't need a co-signer and could get a 20k car with a rate of 1.9% for 36 months. This was back in Jan. 2007.

  2. you should be able to get a good rate, check out www.speedyloanapprovals.com.

  3. No.  632 isn't great at all.  The dealership is going to get the best rate they can off of you and they are going to use your low score against you.  It also depends on how much you make.

My wife and I bought a SUV 6 months ago and despite my wife's FICO of 719, they gave us a rate of 10% for a 7 year loan.  Pretty crappy!

  4. good yes not great!!!

  5. Go to www.bankrate.com and you will be able to see the average interest rates in your area.  It's not broken down by credit score but it will give you an idea of what's customary for your city.

You'll get an ok rate with that score but not the best rate.  A bigger downpayment may help reduce the rate.

  6. Possibly, but I doubt you could expect a lot with that score, you are right under the "Fair" which is 650, a little less than the national average... but if you put a good down payment...i'm sure it would compensate for the bad score...

  7. Yes you can. Try this source http://carloans-forall.com
