Can I get a job at Safeway or Target at age 15?

I live in the Bay Area in California, and I was wondering if they accept 15-year olds in any positions.

maybe for stock, clean up, or cart round up but it would only be for summer hours probably and only for a certain number of hours per week....its not entirely impossible but improbable...however it doesnt hurt to try
