Can I get a job at a bank if im under chexSystems?

I had a little trouble in the past a couple years ago but i really want a job at a bank but im not to sure if they hire people with chexSystems under your name..could anyone help me if you know?

You probably will not be hired.  Financial institutions usually check your credit history and your check writing history before offering employment.

They do this for two primary reasons.  First, you will be expected to assist their customers in keeping their finances in order.  If you cannot do this for yourself, it stands to reason that you might have trouble helping others to do so.

Second, if you are or have ever been financially irresponsible, it is more likely you could defraud the institution or its customers.  The financial institution might have trouble with its bonding insurance.
