Can I get a license?

Okay, so, I'm fifteen and my birthday is coming up.

I have taken Drivers ed and everything, and have gotten my permit.

BUT. I'm kinda forgetful...and stuff.

So I lost my permit.

Can I still get my license?

no you have to pay and get your permit back before you can get your license... its like $16
