Can I get a professional straightner?

I am TIRED of dealing with my unruly hair. Its not curly but just a little wavy and its super annoying, I want it to be PIN straight WITHOUT straightning it. Could I get a professional straightner? How much do they usually cost?

well, you could get it professionally straightened which is like hundreds of dollars.

now if you are talking about a straightener straightener then you could get them at any beauty supply store. i really lovee sallys beauty supply store. they can be anywhere from 30-150

i'd say go to the beauty supply store and talk to one of the sales representitives and explain what you want and they could suggest the best one for you.

those straighteners are called relaxers and they aren't just for black hair.  caucasians can use it to.  i would suggest getting it done at a salon and all you have to do is call and see how much.  also, make sure they do a strand test first to see what it does to your hair.  it can cause a lot of damage, especially if its not done properly.

you go to the salon and ask to get it REBONDED. it only last for a certain amount of time. for a long time tho ! it cost about 100-200.

you could get a perm..i think its called a japanese perm and it makes your hair straight for probably 4 or 5 months i would say. i have never seen anybody who has one but i have heard they work really well and look good.if you didn't want to do that you could just straighten your hair everyday .. thats what i do i have a ceramic hair straightener and it works really good and takes about 15 minutes at least to straighten it everyday .. and my hair is really wavy . :)

One word: Chi Flat Iron

Okay that's three.

Anyways, I am Puerto Rican and Italian so yea....my hair is a curly mess most times.  I've never put chemicals in my hair and have been flat ironing it since I was 13 (I'm 26 now).  The Chi is the ONLY one that has worked for me and given me results that I am 100% satisfied with.  I have used the regular brands that you can buy at Target and those would either work for a a few months before s******g up, strip my hair or not leave it as straight as I really wanted it.

The Chi is a hefty price (somewhere around $200), but if you are talking about straightening it everyday (I do it t least two times a week) it really is worth it.  It leaves my Minnie Driver curls pin straight and doesn't damage my hair.  It works faster than any iron I have used (I go from out the shower curly to straight to 20 - 25 minutes) and I've had mine for 2 years with no problem.

But obviously if your hair is just wavy or your not looking to straighten it frequently, the regular store brands are fine.

i got a professional straightener for $30 and it is made from REVLON and it works great i have curly hair and in about an hour it is pin straight i bought it in Target
