Can I get a scholarship for a 10 week adult ed class at a local Vo-tech?

I really want to take an adult education foreign language course at my Vo-tech I graduated from but I really can't afford the $200 for the course so I wasn't sure if I could get help to take it by scholarship or because I live in the same county.

I'm in Armstrong County in PA

The school might have deferral payments or you pay a certain amount per month type program.

As a rule there are no scholarships for students who take only one course of 10 weeks.

The other place you might try is your local welfare office - they migh have something for training allowances tied in with another program that you would have to attend. It might be worth checking it out.
