  1. As long as you aren't impersonating a police officer you should be fine.  Also, I think having red and blue lights on your car is illegal, but you can have other colors.  Just make sure you aren't pulling people over and such, because that's actually a felony (impersonating a police officer).

  2. No because ford sells police interceptors to the public and even omeone can get them at an auction. It can be plain and must not say Police or sheriff on it in any way and must not have light bars or any kind.

You will be cited and even booked if you are going around acting like a cop and what not but no in other words driving a Crown Victoria isnt illegal

  3. Only if it was never a police car at one time..

  4. Nope not at all. However, all the parts need to  be removed for example the cage the bars, I think the bull bar (bar in front) is alright. No sirens and no blue and red lights. Make sure of that. Other wise, it is completely legal. You can purchase one from a dept or a police auction or even craigslist, but i suggest going with a police auction or purchasing from a dept, because all the parts that make it illegal for a civilian to own have been stripped, I looked on craigslist and they have some with some questionable equipment for a civilian.
