Can I get a upgraded Sidekick if I have a SidekickID with insurance on it?

I have a SidekickID and pay 6.99 a month for insurance. If I lose or get the phone stolen, I still have to pay $110 deductibile for a new Sidekick. BUT, if they don't make the SidekickID anymore, do I get an upgraded Sidekick for the $110?

Anyone know how that works?

    they still charge you full prices
