Unless and until ur partner is a patient of HIV, u can't get the virus into ur body.

As a preverntive step u can go in for oil pullng and take Canova drops, to enhance ur immunity

If he has aids there is a possibility.  You didn't mention if he had aids.  If he did I don't think you'd be kissing anyway.  I think you are fine. When I first learned about aids I thought I had it too.  That was like 20 years ago and I'm still alive and well.

If there bleeding in there mouth as well and they have aids then yes it possible

Just by having a large cut wouldn't make you infected, however if you had visible blood with the cut, and he also had a cut that was leaking blood, then the chances are there.  Otherwise, ur fine.
