  1. this question makes no sense.

You left sprint and went to tmobile.

You cannot use a sprint phone on tmobile, so youre still hooked up with sprint if you can use it to access the internet. But then you ask if you can still get text messages even though you have no service. the answer is no.

You cant be arrested, but more then likely they will file a claim with debt collector. This will go against your credit rating, and tmobile may end up canceling your service.

  2. Wait a minute, you said you left sprint. Right? Clarify that? Did you close your contract, if so then the sprint number has no longer got free mins every month. If you didint close the sprint contract, I dont know how you left them.

  3. IDK, i can only imagine that you could get introuble for it. I'm not sure if you can get arrested, but yes, I think you should probably not use that cell phone to be on the safe side. You may easily get charged if you use texting and call people on it,  but if you have switched you shouldn't even be gettin any service, so I don't think you should be getting text messages and text messages shouldn't be received on your cell. Sprint should have completely taken away your entire service. Just to be safe you should probably just stop using the phone. I am no cell phone expert, but I think you should just stick with your new plan/service. Another idea would be to talk to a professional or expert or call the company.

  4. i think if u left there network then theres nothing they can do except send the bill to ur house and most likely take it to court, pay up!!
