Can I get cancer from picking off my mole?

I've always had a flabby mole on my left shoulder. Is it ok to pull it off?

If the mole is cancerous, it is cancerous, whether you pick it or not.  Go to a dermatologist so they can make sure it is removed probably and so they can test it.

You need to see a dermatologist for mole removal. Removing it yourself is highly inadvisable.

lolz no you cant get cancer. but if you pull it off it hurts like h**l. get freeze away wart remover and do it to a mole. it takes it off and it doesnt hurt.

Get a doctors opinion.  If you go messing with moles or cysts, you can get an infection or serious irritation.

you can get a disease called dermarectosus, it will infect your blood system and you could have a late heart attack, i wouldnt pick it off
