Can I get car insurance with out a car or insurance?

  1. Don't think so . . . you need something to insure , no car , no ins . Get your license and when you get your car then you'll need ins.


  2. you need a non owners policy.  this will allow you to get your license without owning a car.  you CANNOT have a non owners policy if you live in a home where someone owns a vehicle though.  if you live with your parents or someone who owns a car they need to add you to their policy as a driver and then you can get your license.

  3. No, But you could get Non Owners Insurance if you occasionally drive someone else's car.

    Non Owners Insurance is not Auto Insurance, It's "Operators" Insurance, aka "Named Drivers" Insurance

    Bare in mind though that non-owners insurance does not cover you in a vehicle to which you have regular access or use regardless of who owns it. It will also not cover you in a vehicle owned by another member of your household.
