Can I get german visa stamped in another country for the application made in one country?

I am an indian citizen studying in UK..I need to move to germany in march-08. But I am applying for german visa here in london on Jan-15...In between I need to move to india.. All I need to know is

1) how long the student visa processing will take in london.?

2) If it delays, can I get my visa stamped in india for the application made in london..

Pl. do clarify me on this..

if you are already a student in the UK, the process should not be long,10 to 20 days at top ?

have you been accepted in a school in Germany as of now ?the answer rely on the acceptance of the school first.......

how long are you going to be in India?

the stamp from the consulate will come from the consulat where you applied at : in London where you apply, if you want to transfer it? you must let the consulate know it advance, which i would not advise,it would complicates the process,

and delay it...........

ps; i was thinking; you need to remember about the trip, because at one point? you will need to give your passport at the consulate........

no u cannot do that. the visa will be stamped by the same office where u applied for it. or you can withdraw your application lin London and apply afresh when u are in India.

So, problem apears again. Do you problem to postpone to move you till your visa stamped here in London? Ask London consulate whether you can get visa stamped in india for the application made in india.
