Can I get impertigo again?

At the beginning of the year I was really run down ( I take immuno-suppressants) and I got impertigo inside my nose and on my upper lip. It was horrible, I had antibiotics and it went.

Now it's really sore inside my nose again, it was a like a cut and further up that was so irritating and now I have another sore lower down. Also under my bottom lip feels really sore again.

Is it common for impertigo to reoccur. I have a stronger immune system now and I haven't been ill for ages.

You can always contract impetigo, as it easily contagious. You might have gotten it from another source other than yourself. A friend or stranger can easily pass it along through a simple handshake or hug.

it is called impetigo, yes it can re occur

be factitious about your hygiene, but if your better now, maybe it is just a allergy,  I had that happen and I was allergic to mold in a building I lived in at the time, it was in my nose and hurt like ...

Yes, it can come back.  It is very contagious.  It can be passed on wash clothes and towels, clothing, bedding, etc.

You should put triple antibiotic on it with a Q-tip.  If this doesn't help, you may need the Dr. to prescribe an antibiotic tablet for you also.
