I play a varsity sport and I volunteer and stuff, however I do live out of state. I have not taken my ACT yet but I got a 32 on a practice test.

  1. Is that a state school? If so, I think your scores are good enough. Try to get your first semester GPA for your senior year up; it'll look better on your application.

  2. Yeah, you have a very good shot. Good Luck

  3. Rest assured you will.

It is definitely not an ivy league.

Your SAT compensates your marginally low GPA

I suggest apply very early then you will get in 100% the later you apply here the more difficult it is to get in

The mean SAT score range is 1740-1980

    The mean GPA is 3.4-3.7

apply early and you will be fine.

  4. h**l no, forget it, try a community college

  5. No. Penn State is one of the Ivy Leagues, and is very competitve. Your GPA should be around 3.9-4.0 and SAT scores over 2k.  It's one of the hardest schools to get into nowadays
