Can I get into a good college with only 2 spanish credits?

I would like to go to a good college, like Berkeley, Washington University in St. Louis, or Stanford. I'm currently enrolled in a Spanish 3 class, but I am considering dropping it. Would dropping this class prevent me from going to one of my dream schools?
