Can I get into a good highschool with my average?

Well heres my situation.

My teachers say to all students that High schoosl rely on 7th grade GPA's and Test scores to get into the high school You want.

My first marking period average was 87. Second marking period average was 85. Then third marking period average was 82. So I dropped by a lot of points.

Now, I'm usually late to school a lot so that will take part on what the high schools think of me.

I'm not sure if I have any talents, all I can do is sing and play piano, but the school I want to go to has many activites and I'm really shy to sing in front of People, like I'm terribly shy, the worst shy Person on the earth.

So based on this information, tell me if I can get into this high school please.

To be honest, your fine. I wouldn't worry too much. And highschool doesn't really on gpa's. Its more about the student as a whole. Are you genuine? Passionate about what you do? These are the questions they ask. Don't worry, an 87 is good enough to get in alot of places, and 82 isn;t too far of from that.
