Can I get malarone tablets in Hanoi (Vietnam)?

I traveling there and to cambodia.

They dont sell them in my country.

If you know, where and how much.

What do I have to do, what do I need to get them?

Never heard of malarone while I was in Ha Noi (for 4 years). Go by the SOS Clinic, a block south of Hoan Kiem Lake. You will go by several decent pharmacies in that neighborhood, ask there as well.

The one time I talked to the docs at the clinic about malaria, the drug mentioned was doxicycline - readily available and cheap, but maybe not effective in Cambodia.

Before you leave your country check with your Doctor or Clinic.  There are different types of medician for Malaria.  We take Mefloguine Hydrochloride 250mg tablet.  Very reasonable priced too and they work.
