Can I get my hardship license?

Question

If i have my permit and took drivers ed, and did the 6 hours driving coarse, can i get a hardship license if i do not have a ride to school and back........???????

In Mississippi????

That is not a hardship and if your dad could  really do that you would not have ask in the first place.

hardship license is for people who ALREADY had license and got it suspended - but need it back to support their family (job).

You never had a license. You never demonstrated you can operated a car safely (driver's license).

There are two classes of hardship license. One is for people who need a license for work after they have had a license suspended. The other is for families with medical problems where a person who is not old enought to obtain a license is granted permission to drive for the family. Your "need' is not covered under this. Both types of hardship licenses are very difficult to obtain, and have specific rules for when you can drive.

Being a man of law enforcement, I don't know of any way a Sheriff can get anyone a license.  That is accomplished only by you taking all required tasks.  And no, you cannot get a hardship license with the listed information you have given.
