I recieved a shock today when i checked my bank account and found that Yahoo has charged me $34.95 for a service that used to only cost $9.95. I most definitly would have canceled my account if i had know of this increase. I never recieved a Email of the increase, nor have i recieved a email of the actual billing. Do you think i can get them to refund my money? They just billed today.Oh yeah, i've now been sitting with a phone to my head for 45 mins on hold with yahoo billing... :(...
