Can I get my name and other information removed from MySpace ?

Question

I am a not a memeber of myspace. But a person I made a transaction with online is, she has posted my complete name and state. And other negetive comments on her blog. Plus posted on other boards her link and all her comments, she is trying to discredit me and ruin my reputation. Any suggestions appreciated

You need to report her to MySpace. They are concerned about lawsuits, several of which they've had to defend of late. They'll probably shut down her account or make her change what she's said about you.  However, you may have to become a 'member' to do this -- but it's free and you can cancel your account as soon as this is cleared up.

People can be awfully mean and spiteful; and I've noticed there are a lot of looneys out there in MySpace....good luck!
