Can I get my teacher introble for this, or even fired?

I used to get along well with my P.E teacher until i told them that i wanted to be left alone if she was going to pull stupid c**p, and then she started to harass me on Myspace and she got her brother to as well. I was just wondering what type of trouble she could get into for this because teachers are suppoesd to leave students alone on myspace.....

Get the school administration and the school board involved.

As a teacher I would never in a million years even contact a student on Myspace or any social networking site.  A few times they have requested me and I have declined down to common sense.  If your teacher is doing this she is completely stupid and doesn't deserve to be teaching.  It is completely irresponsible and is definitely crossing a boundary that should not be crossed in a student/teacher relationship.  

In school matters should be kept in school.

Yes defiantly they can get into ALOT of trouble for that. Especially if any of the messages were threatening. You should print out the emails and bring the to your principal.

Take your issues to the principal and then to the police.  Harassment is illegal.
