Can I get non medicated contacts?

I want rainbow contacts but my eyesigt isn't bad. Is it possable to get non medicated colored contacts?

No, even novelty contacts require a prescription, which is just a measurement of your eyes.

Believe me, I've tried. I wanted deep-blue ones.

There are many people at school that have non-perscription contacts.  They are not generally healthy for the eye, they do not make them so that a lot of oxygen can get to your eye.  If you go to an optometrist, you can order some in if your eyes are healthy enough.  It is possible, but I would not suggest long time wear, you can wind up getting infection or red eyes.  If willing to pay the price, they can be made.
